William George Blackwell (1868 – 1928)

William Blackwell was born in London, Ontario. Rev. Blackwell was the Anglican rector of Christ Church in Whitehorse from June 1910 to July 1916.¹⁾ In the first year of his residence he reopened the rectory schoolroom.²⁾ In February 1921, Mrs. and Rev. Blackwell were living in Dundalk, Ontario with their two youngest children. Rev. Blackwell was serving a parish of five churches with the help of a divinity student.³⁾
