Archie Cameron (1876 – 1941)
Archie Cameron came to the Yukon as a bursar in 1898 with Governor William Ogilvie’s party. He mined but had little success so he returned to government service. For many years he was on the staff of the Dawson post office. He retired in 1941 and suffered a fatal stroke in the same year.1)
