Harry Collier (b. 1873)

Harry Collier came over the Chilkoot Pass in March 1899 and became a resident of Dawson. He staked claims between 1899 and 1907.¹⁾ He was a miner near Dawson in April 1916 when he enlisted to serve in the First World War.²⁾ He was recruited by Captain George Black and was in England by August 1917.³⁾ Collier returned to the Yukon after the war and Polks Gazeteer lists him as a miner in 1923-24.
