James Francis Carroll (1871 – 1944)

James Carroll was a miner near Dawson in October 1916 when he enlisted to serve in the First World War.1) He had an interest in creek claim No 87 below on All Gold Creek and it was held free from cancellation for the duration of the war.2) After the war, Carroll registered in the Yukon for employment as a returned soldier.3) James F. Carroll is buried in the Hillside Cemetery in Dawson.4)
