Frank Putnam Douglas (b. 1895)

Frank Douglas was born in Nova Scotia.¹⁾ He was a public stenographer in Dawson’s Northern Commercial Co. office building in 1917-28.²⁾ He was working as a shorthand reporter and was a law student in February 1918 in Dawson when he was drafted to serve in the First World War.³⁾ F.P. Douglas left the Yukon for New Westminster, British Columbia in June 1918.⁴⁾
