Fred Dunn (d. 1987)
Fred Dunn came to the Yukon in the 1920s and worked as a purser on the sternwheelers Casca and Keno for nine years. He then worked with Pan American Airways and National Airlines. Dunn took film footage of the sternwheelers in Atlin, Carcross, Whitehorse, Dawson, and Fort Selkirk in the 1930s and 1940s. He left the Yukon around 1950 for Fairbanks and then Juneau. Dunn was married to Ada Cameron and retired to Hillsboro, Oregon. Copies of his films are held at the Yukon Archives.1)
