Peter Draper (b. 1870)

Peter Draper was born in New Brunswick.1) He left the Klondike to mine at Livingstone in 1907. Polks Gazetteer listed him as a Dawson resident in 1915.2) He was mining at Livingstone Creek in October 1916 when he enlisted in Whitehorse for service in the First World War.3) He was recruited by Captain George Black and was in England by August 1917.4) Draper returned to the Yukon after the war and was a cook with Keno Hill Ltd. in 1923-24.5)
