A.G. Findlay

Rev. A.G. Findlay arrived in Dawson in 1921 as the Presbyterian minister replacing J.Y. McGookin [sic]. The Methodist/Presbyterian church union happed in 1925, and in June 1926 Rev. Findlay moved to Whitehorse where he reopened a church closed for nine years.¹⁾ St. Andrew’s United Church was located on Main Street, east of Second Avenue. The church closed, due to lack of funds, in 1928 when Rev. McIntosh was the minister.²⁾
