John Nelson Fry (b. 1891)

John Nelson Fry was born in East Bount, Washington. He and Nena Adalman, age 19 from Oregon, were married in Dawson in November 1914. They lived at Grand Forks on Bonanza Creek.¹⁾ John Fry was working on Dawson Dredge #3 in 1915/16.²⁾ Nena died in May 1917 and is buried at Hillside Cemetery, Dawson.³⁾ John Fry was a Dawson machinist in February 1918 when he was drafted for service in the First World War.⁴⁾
