Arthur Hutchison

Art Hutchison has a background as a master mechanic and aircraft engineer and he holds a welding and fabrication certificate. In 1998, he and Linda Eckert owned one of Yukon’s largest forage farms near Fox Lake outside Whitehorse. He has been president, vice president, and director of the Yukon Livestock and Agricultural Association. He was the first permanent employee of the Yukon Agriculture Branch when it was created in 1985 and went on to become director of the Branch.¹⁾ Art Hutchison has been the owner of the Rocking H Ranch since 1974.²⁾
