Eva Holland

Eva Holland was an associate editor and contributing editor of Up Here magazine, and a founding contributor of Vela, an online magazine of creative nonfiction. She was also a long-time editor of World Hum where she wrote occasional blog posts and travel-themed travel articles. About 2010 she became a full-time freelance editor and writer of narrative nonfiction. In 2015, she was a finalist for a Canadian National Magazine Award.¹⁾ Holland’s book, Nerve: A Personal Journey Through the Science of Fear, was released in April 2020.²⁾
