Gordon Glencoe MacDonald Hume (b.1875)

Glencoe Hume was in service for twelve months during the Boer War.1) He was an accountant with the Dawson City Water and Power in 1909-1910, with the Northern Light and Power Co. in 1911-1912, and with the Dawson City Water and Electric Co. in 1911-1912.2) Hume was still working as an accountant in Dawson in 1916 when he enlisted for service in the First World War.3) He was recruited by Captain George Black and was in England in August 1917.4) He was still in active service in 1917-18.5)
