Gordon Glencoe MacDonald Hume (b.1875)

Glencoe Hume was in service for twelve months during the Boer War.¹⁾ He was an accountant with the Dawson City Water and Power in 1909-1910, with the Northern Light and Power Co. in 1911-1912, and with the Dawson City Water and Electric Co. in 1911-1912.²⁾ Hume was still working as an accountant in Dawson in 1916 when he enlisted for service in the First World War.³⁾ He was recruited by Captain George Black and was in England in August 1917.⁴⁾ He was still in active service in 1917-18.⁵⁾
