Napoleon Huot

Napoleon Huot came into the Yukon River basin in 1887. He signed the founding charter of the Yukon Order of Pioneers at Forty Mile in December 1894.1) Ray Stewart returned to the Yukon in 1897 with his brothers Arthur and Fifield [sic] and built a log building at Dominion Creek. He and Arthur and partner Napoleon Huot bought Claim 30 Below Upper Discovery and several adjoining from the Brennan brothers. They successfully worked the claims for about eight years and sold them in 1909.2)
