Ivor Mast
Ivor and Martha Mast bought what became known as the historic Mast House in Whitehorse in 1961. At that time, it was located at 209 Elliot Street. For many years, Ivor Mast was an RCMP officer in Mayo. After his discharge, he became an agent for Explosives Ltd. with its office located in the Mast House. Their explosives magazine was out of town. The Masts owned the house until 1985 when they moved south.1)
