Frank S. Neill
Frank Neill was a wealthy businessman from New York who came to the Yukon in 1914. He had a long history of running wood camps and lumbering operations in the Klondike. Neill and partner Bernhard M. Volkman bought the Yukon Saw Mill from the Alaska Commercial Co. (AC Co.) in 1915. Volkman had been an employee of the AC Co. and was the successor to Joe Burke as manager of the sawmill. The business shut down between 1917 and 1922.1)
