Hattie Nielsen (b. 1942)
Hattie Nielsen was born in Butte, Montana and her family emigrated to Canada in 1948. The lived in Horsefly, British Columbia and then settled in East Pine near Dawson Creek. Hattie left home at age 18 and found work at the Summit Lake Lodge on the Alaska Highway Mile 392.
