Cecil B. Rowlinson

Cecil Rowlinson and his partner Bill Shaw bought the Carmacks Roadhouse from Cecil’s brother Seymour in 1909.1) William Shaw was a port steward for White Pass.2) C.B. Rowlinson applied for a 160-acre homestead at Carmacks in 1912.3)
