Patrick Rouble
Patrick Rouble came to the Yukon in 1992 and worked in sales construction, engineering and mineral exploration. He was elected to the Yukon Legislature representing the Yukon Party in Southern Lakes from 2002 to 2011. During his term he served as the minister of education, the public service commission and energy mines and resources. Patrick had a master’s degree in business administration and diplomas in business administration and adult education and he decided not to seek re-election in order to achieve a Ph.D. in education. In March 2025, Rouble, who considers himself as a fiscal rather than a social conservative, decided to seek the nomination as Conservative Party of Canada candidate for the Yukon Minister of Parliament.1)
