Agnes “Ag” Shaw (d. 1988)
Ag Shaw came to Dawson with her husband George in 1940. They worked to form the Klondike Visitors Association and the Dawson Museum Society. Ag was a lively member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the IODE. She was one of those who dressed up to meet the tourists coming into Dawson on the summer riverboats in the early 1950s. She died in Richmond, British Columbia.1)
