Josef Zeindler (1937 – 2023)

Josef Zeindler was born in Switzerland. He served his military duty and then was a successful business owner and operator of an automotive manufacture shop. He founded the Swiss Harley Davidson Club and served as president. Josef and his wife Verena arrived in Montreal in 1987 and then drove to Haines Junction where they owned and operated the Stardust Motel. After Verena died, Josef and second wife Anna operated a B&B in the Nygren subdivision, hosting many guests from Switzerland. Josef was musically talented and played many instruments. He spent his last years living with dementia in the Copper Ridge Care facility.¹⁾
